All information collected for your guest profile is completely private and will only be used to contact you in regards to your reservations and experiences here at Atlas Salon. All credit card information is confidential, encrypted and secure. We greatly appreciate you providing updated and accurate information.

Late Policy

The team at Atlas Salon will do our best to accommodate late arrivals and can typically offer a 10-15 minute grace period from the start time of your scheduled session. Later than 10 minutes and adjustments to the service may need to be made or we may have to reschedule the session. In those instances, 100% of the originally scheduled session will still be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for our other guests and our team members, we ask that you let us know you need to reschedule or cancel a session prior to 24hours of your reservation and we can find you a new day and time or cancel your reservation until you are ready to rebook. Rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours of the reservation will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled session.

Missed Reservations

In the event that a reservation is missed completely with no attempt to contact the salon prior to the start time of the session, it will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled session.

Health and Safety

We work hard to ensure a clean and sanitized environment for all our guests. If you are feeling unwell or are running a fever we ask that you reschedule your session for a later date. We also ask for your understanding in the event we need to reschedule your reservation if one of our team members gets sick. It’s our goal to maintain a healthy environment for our team, our guests and our community.

Accepted Payments

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We are also a cashless salon. If you are leaving a gratuity, it can be added to the session charge.

Service Guarantee

Our goal is always for you to love your hair and if you are ever dissatisfied with your experience please contact us within 14 days of the session and we will be happy to get you scheduled for a corrective service as soon as possible. There are no monetary refunds for services provided.
